Welcome to OMG Such a Whole Life. I’m M and this is my new site where I am documenting my experiences through the ups and downs of todays world, sharing some tips and tricks I’ve learned (including some ways to save some money from doing things you would do anyways), and hopefully starting to build a community of people who want to help each other thrive.
Here is a little about me so you can get to know me as we start this journey.
I live in New York City and work in Tech, at a small startup, working in product. Prior to working in Tech, I worked as a consultant for a Big 4 accounting firm, working with external clients, and then as an internal consultant for a company in the marketing industry. I made the switch to tech about three years ago after doing a coding bootcamp.
Creating a Community
One thing I have always been interested in is building communities and product that help support building communities and allowing people to engage with each other. I’m hoping this site can be a building block to building a community of people who want to support each other through challenges, learn from each other, and grow together. A community where we can celebrate our ups together and work through the downs to hopefully turn things around.
Ideally, I would love to have a place where I could engage with people and have others engage with each other, to support each other, share ideas, and just have a place to feel part of something. I would love to build a community from this site, and take make it become a real virtual community that people can count on for support, guidance, resources, etc.
